Achievements
Queenlee was honoured to win first place in the New England Wool Ultimate Clip Competition in 2002.
In past years at our local shows, held in Uralla, Armidale and Walcha NSW, we have won many Champion, Reserve Champion and Supreme Champion ribbons which we display at our on property ram sale.
Features
We aim to breed large superfine sheep with good constitution, good conformation and dense soft handling wool, which is bright, very stylish and crimpy.
In past years Queenlee has been able to lower the average micron to 17.4u, while still maintaining fleece weight, body weight and crimp frequency.
The Queenlee flock has MN3 status, is Footrot free and Brucellosis accredited.
Sale rams are fleece measured three times to eliminate rams that experience a significant micron increase as they age.
