New England Merino Field Days Sat 14 & Sun 15 January 2012
New England, NSW, Australia produces some of the best, finest Merino wool and Merino & Poll Merino genetics in the world. The New England Merino Field Days are held every second year with the next event to be held on Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 January 2012. The Field Days include visits to some of New England's leading Merino Studs plus more Stud displays at the
URALLA Showground.

Free buses will depart at 7.45am on both mornings from the
URALLA Showground.
New England is situated on the Great Dividing Range of eastern Australia & is a unique environment with cold winters & Summer rainfall which is ideal for superior merino breeding. It is a low risk area for sheep diseases including Ovine Johnes Disease (OJD); New England is a "Protected Area".
